(FOX 12 Oregon) -- Police are warning Tulsa, Oklahoma residents about a possible toe licker on the loose.
While loading her groceries into her car, a woman said she felt a warm, moist sensation across her toes.
She assumed it was a dog but when she looked down, she saw a man lying under her car. The man fled when the woman yelled for help.
A Tulsa County District Attorney says when the man is caught, he'll face a misdemeanor charge.
