My point is, you dont need a ton of different C class IPs to be a successful SEO.
I know sites that are hosted on the same server with the same C class IPs, and they are all doing great in SERPs.
Different C-class IPs were a fad a couple years ago as means to hide the fact that a network of interlinked sites belonged to the same person (google used to penalize heavily for this tactic).
Today google uses much more sophisticated techniques besides IP matching, so It don't matter if you use different C classes or not, google knows all your sites. Also the interlinking rules changed a lot and they aren't as effective now.
