IFriends (ClickCash) used to convert well for me, but for the past two years Camsense has been my best cam income. They are only revshare and their main source of income is from live chat with a few prerecorded chat sessions.

I also get IMLive conversions occasionally. Never had much luck with LiveJasmin.

It sounds as though you want a "White label" site. Usually you have to have a good amount of traffic and sign-ups before a company will give you that. I also think that the commissions are smaller with a "White label" site. Camsense does offer "White Label".

Honestly, you're better off just optimizing for search. You're better off with multiple URLs pointing to or cloaking an i-frame than having a white label site with no traffic.
