been wanting to try it for a while now... was up in atlantic city at bobby flay, the waiter told me to try the ribeye instead... it was good... think i might run to whole foods and pick up some kobe steaks soon though.
my suggestion is to find a butcher locally who sells it... they hit you over the head online for it.Comment
