I'm having some serious sleep problems so I have been taking Stilnox (1/2 a pill), per the docs order. Now the problem is, I sleep soooooo good and I wake up so refreshed that I don't want to attempt sleeping with out them, as I did once and I woke up feeling unrested from tossing and turning all night, unable to sleep.
Anyone else this problem?
