I did. Godaddy can't do anything for this. They told me I got to Email their Host.

.htaccess will not help you. They will still access your site if they use Firefox.
They simply have to disable a certain feature and then .htaccess is worthless.
The only way I got rid of those scumbags is by using LinkSentinel
Everything else I tried failed.
