namecheap locked one of my accounts due to "fraud", which of course I never commited, they never responded emails and there is no phone number to call

I moved all of the domains from my other account with them.

I use directnic for years, never a single problem, I also used domains.ev1servers.net (now resellone.net) and never had a problem

yeah me too, I work with them since 2000 or so

some months ago they send us an email that they'll deactive one of our major domains if we do not update our info with real whois because they got 1 spam complaine they never even provided to as as proof. Our domain contained our real data and even name which you rarely see that in adult co. still the ppl there didn't believe that. We offered to provide by fax or scan email proof and then the whole nightmare started. Totally lack of support,from one person redirected to another, our fax was getting lost to dept "they didnt have access" and at the end i got some guy there tell me

"dude we are located in new orlean, here situation after the flood is very hard" and pretty much we dont give a shit if your domain gets deactivated.

bare in mind im talking about a domain that has been bringing to our company millions for the last 5 years or so,

we took all our domains away from directnic when this horror ended.

I hate namecheap's interface. I suppose you get what you pay for.
