I'm running a University lead program. This means that we harvest leads from people who are willing to follow e-classes in order to obtain there degree. On our site they fill in a web-form.
We pay $45 per lead that comes in and add a 20% bonus (~$100) in case this lead closes to a sale! Most of our adverts, adverting to the US/UK/CA market bring between 10 and 60 leads a day.

With weekly payments, witouth hold, in epass/wire/paypal (we can send you even a debit card wich we can load thru ACH!) and much more e-currency's, ads and other promotional material we're definitly the sponsor to give a try!
