Please Read all of this. My host has been very good up until 3 days ago when they really went to shit! Its really hard to take when you try and update your main page and the damn HD is full??? Now after that, you get nothing but a white page for 3 hours!

So what to do. You icq, you phone and you email! NO RESPONSE! Well not until they get it fixed. Amazing when there is a problem how long it takes for them to get back to you huh?

Now they Tell you that there was a slight problem "The 1 server that is having space issues was caused by a major upload by another client that was unanticipated and caused the drive to fill up" And they Promise this will not happen again.

Low and behold.The next day when your FTP updates your page at midnight while you are at work The HD is full?? Now when you come home and check stats and all, you get a damn white page again, this time for almost 9 hours! Now, there is an emergency email address to use. Rings a phone when you send to it. Sounds good eh? But,and I quote, there answer was, "my cell phone didn't go off until 8am the SMS must have been backed up or something"

There explanation after ICQ"ing Phoning and emailing,is,after 9 hours now, and I quote"I have started moving sites to other server which will free up more than enough space for me to GUARANTEE that you will not run out of disk space again.. if you do I personally will pay this months (Oct 2001) hosting for you.. sound fair for you?"
Now, not 1 phone call or icq message!It went from a promise to a Guarantee now

Now I don't know what is better, them paying the fees or replacing the 15,000 trades I lost when this took place. I asked them to send the traffic to get trades back up and answer is'"If I could send you traffic I would.. but I am not a webmaster and therefore do not have the resources to filter any traffic anywhere.. Nor do I understand what 15000 trades equals. I do understand that, for sites that depend on trading for revenue, even small amounts of downtime can have drastic side-effects."

I guess you can just go right back to normal trades , I don't know. It sure does seem that they are now in the hundreds what used to be 1000's.

I will not reveal at this time who my host is but am asking you all who is best? I will pay a bit more for a host who will deliver what they promise!
Well, now I'm done letting off steam and its now been 12 hours and I'm still waiting on them to call me or icq me!
