I love the male assumption that a 13 year old girl has no sexuality or sexual desires when a 13 year old boy does. Trust me, 13 year old girls can want sex too but it is still not appropriate let alone with a 44 year old regardless of how good they look.

I have no doubt most teenage boys would enjoy the chance to have sex but that doesn't stop it being child abuse.

Nevertheless, young girls are much more likely to feel "victimized" later on. Not necessarily because they were, but because they are told they were. Just like young men are told "Whoa! Dude! You rock!" when they fuck a hot older woman, and thus won't feel like victims but like winners. The values of society are extremely contingent, but nobody intelligent has ever doubted that.

The only "damage" it does (assuming safe sex is practiced) is emotional damage resulting from the belief that what they were involved in was wrong. That belief, obviously, results from the attitudes within society. And, like it or not, adolescent males having sex with older women are looked upon very different than adolescent females having sex with older men, or adolescent males having sex with older men.

Now, as for your "child abuse" claim... When I was 13 myself, I once got to fuck a hot student teacher in her late twenties. I wasn't a child (child = someone between infancy and puberty), nor was I abused (I mostly took the initiative, and abusing yourself seems all but impossible), so how would something like that be "child abuse"?

please..because no matter what you persued she was an adult and shouldn't have let it happen. In the same way that a 13 year old might persue getting off their ass drunk or taking a drug it would still be wrong and illegal for an adult to give them the booze or the drug. Not to mention that a teacher is suppose to be able to be trusted by parents. So, one that is willing to fuck their child at such a young age should not be anywhere near a classroom.
