nobody buys the feeds - you sign on as a studio with as many cam sites as you want and will be paid a % of the revenue your girls produce from private chat shows.
I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

what you are referring to is one option, but its not the only way to do it.

not like that at all - this is just exploring
my cost = almost $0
all you are going to get as with everytime these types of questions are asked is a bunch of bullshit soon from cam sites saying "come work with us".
in todays market with the competition both with the availability of models and the number of cam sites, you can't making money putting the girls on one site. they will have to simultaneously work on 2-3 sites. how much money girls make depends on the girls. ugly girls with good conversational skills can do much better than hot chicks with bad attitudes. it depends on how they work, how they sit, how they pose, how often they smile etc etc etc.... there is no real pattern to allow someone to say "any girl on cams.com will make xxx.xx per day" because it just doesn't work like that.
also, smaller sites start with less girls and ok traffic and are sometimes better than large sites for income. they also start adding more girls, diluting the user base which means that at any moment, it could not make any money at all for you. its a constant game of experimenting. smaller sites also tend to fail and you will be the last one to know about it. traffic fluctuates to most sites in a huge way. typically the average cam site will be getting 80-90% of their traffic from a few sources as is the case with almost all paysites. traffic can explode as with revenues and dissapear just as fast.
its a tough game. i was doing it from the very beginning as mutt knows... and my advice to you is that its not something to get into unless you can afford to lose the money figuring it out. people cost money, leases cost money, computers/cams etc cost money, internet costs money and so on... and it might take you quite a while before you figure out what works... if anything does at all.

you cant put a girl in front of a cam and sell it as a live feed to webmasters who can afford to pay what it would cost and allow the feed producer to make money. that business model died in the late 90's.

so - any solutions?
girls say they will work for a %... but that doesn't matter when that % is totalling 10.00 a day. remember that it will take time to figure things out and you won't get it right the first time. if you have girls that are really good and won't flake out in a week, you might want to consider giving them a guarantee.
nothing is more demoralizing for a model than to sit and be abused for 10 hrs a day and make only 5.00. so just because they will work today... doesn't mean they will tomorrow.
do you speak any foreign languages? there are a lot of russian forums about what sites pay the best at that moment and a lot of experience shared with all companies. a general rule is that smaller, newer sites tend to do a little better for models... but they can also dissapear at any time or add too many rooms too fast that cannot be supported by traffic and so on. stay away from big sites like cams.com etc. ... and never think there is one solution that will work. its going to be a constant process of experimenting and testing and changing sites.

I still buy live webcams, I know lots of people who do.
Anyone who has them for sell only has to contact me, and I do not buy or use the payper view stuff.

There are lots of ways you can work it, you just have to come up with your own business plan, something that works for you then let webmasters know. Not gallery posters, not affiliates, but people who own/run pay sites. They are the ones who are going to buy your product.

so what. that has nothing to do with being on the other side of the business and trying to make money like that. ... and suggesting that "lots of people" is just completely wrong. "lots of people" stopped paying for it around the same time that companies like igallery and similar companies went tits up.
i know you have been around for a while. so have i. trust me when i say that there is nothing that you are going to teach me about the cam business.

your advice has gone from being completely wrong to something worse. this person, being a newbie, not understanding the business and then attempting to market something to webmasters without piles of cash, when the bills are raining down on her head at the same is a recipe for disaster. you can't possibly be that naive.
