What did we expect from a total newbie who was KNOWN for riding the fence like a pro? Christ. Thats what voting "present" does for you; allows you to VOICE opposition, then not vote yea OR nay. Now he's not so lucky to have that easy out that Illinois stupidly allows from their lawmakers...
