Well... Here is my 2 cents.
I think having exclusive content within the members section is vital and to slow the rampant use of content in the free area's can diminish the value of the content and diminish the Member's of a site's expectancy of some exclusivity.
I mean that Surfers definatly should get what they pay for and a grip of exclusive stuff is why they joined the site in the first place or at least with some anticipation of some stuff of a girl they want to see more of. If everything is free the interest to join a site is diminished as elements of the set's are exposed on all the free networks.
The massive content sites do enjoy having everything they can get thier hands on and thats awesome and even more reason to join a site for sure but the extra bit of stuff a surfer wants or will want is going to be some exclusive portions.
With some Study of Twistys for example it appears they have every fucking thing imaginable however some parts of thier content never make it to the free site networks or webmaster tools. I think that is a good thing, correct me if I am wrong there though as Twisty's has shit wad's of FHG's and I havent the time to compare. If you goto say Ampland Twisty's own's the whole list of Babes in that long list practically. However from what I have seen it's not everything they got inside being thrown out to the free zones.
So for photographers/content providers I think it would be a good idea to encourage Free network use of content and establish exclusive use or members only content. It could be counter productive to police, however I think smart site owner's are anxious to not blow everything out when they buy exclusive stuff.
PS: I invented Semi Exclusive content!
When I first started I created set's and only sold the set's to a limited number of buyers. Each set was limited to 10 sales. It put value on the content when I did that. Unfortunatly my little shooting business died a horrible death.
So I may not know enough about it really. I just know certain things I would do if I ran a program or site.
