I've always been a fan of your work and think you are one of the top, if not the top, photographer in this industry. I'm sure your content company will be a great success! Hopefully I can be one of your content buyers, and the prices are reasonable!
If your selling semi-exclusive I think it would be fine to allow the content to be used for FHG's and for tour designs. The content won't be saturated all over the web since it's semi-exclusive in the first place. Also, as far as videos are concerned format options I like to see are .avi and .wmv.
