1) Why doesn't your uninstall option uninstall ALL files?
2) Why are there no uninstall instructions in your FAQ, or anywhere else on the public pages of your site for that matter?
3) Your terms explicitly state that when someone keeps the software on his PC past the trial, that person is legally obliged to pay you money. Yet, you claim that that person can simply uninstall, and that's it. You don't, however, inform users of this, and in fact threaten them with legal action. Why?
4) Why is there no contact information/customer support available for users who are not logged in, effectively preventing users with expired trials from finding a way to contact you on your website?
5) Why does your privacy policy give you the right to resell the financial information of your users, including creditcard number, creditcard expiration date, social security number, etc?
6) And why can the user only correspond about this information with you through email, while your email address is not provided on the privacy policy page but hidden inside the members area?
