I think Shap raps it up pretty good in his first post. Restricting the content to be used in fhg´s and given away as free webmaster content is one thing, but restricting the site owner who buys the content from using it in their own promotion - no good in my opinion. When we buy content I want to know that all the content we have can be used for tours, banners and in our own galleries etc. Simply because when it is time for graphic work to be done I do not want to have to spend hours going through paper work to make sure we are allowed to use the content for every single photo I want to use. You can call me lazy, I call it being effective:-)
