They probably put a pending charge on your account then ran the charge later without dropping the pending charge.
We have to hold the pending charge for 30 days since that is the time they have to complete the charge. After the 30 days have passed the charge will be dropped automaticly.

If you can get them to fax ePassporte that they have no intentions of running the charge we can drop it before.
Please contact me and I will give you the fax number and what we need from them.

tep, epass is for buyin stuff, authorization stuff stays 30 days, i once got gas on it and they auth'd me 50 bucks, and try to get a gas station to unauthorize something. live and learn.
