    How to get to Wheeling WV?

    Got a wedding in Wheeling in October, and I want to book the flights this/next week. I'm thinking about spending a few days extra in New York. What's the best way to get there? Which airport? Should I rent a car? Is there anything to do in the area?

      I dont know if there is much to do there. It's coal mining country I believe. It's near the border of Ohio on the west side, and Pennsylvania to the east. So you could visit 3 states at once.

          woah, new york is a long way from there, not new york state but the city is a long ass way away, pittsburg is much closer. fly in there, trust me i have driven it many times from wheeling to nyc

              Yeah I was planning to fly there from NY or any other city. What's the distance like from pittsburgh to wheeling? Easiest by car?

                      Ohio isnt worth visiting, I wouldnt waste your time there. I just moved from there to get away from all the BS.
