    Bar For Sale Jaco Beach, Costa Rica

    a friend of mine is looking for investors for a very well known bar in jaco that is up for sale. he needs another 1.5 mil and the place is currently doing 600-800k gross annually. he thinks he can get the gross up to 1.2-1.5 annually.

    there is financing for 9 months...

    he is looking for no more than 3 investors and they can be as active or silent as wanted.

          Bars are pretty spendy there? That gross does not need a 1.5 price tag here in the states.

                                                          Gotta disagree, gringos don't give a shit about nice beaches, they want more expensive hotels, english speaking staff, and lots of nightlife. Jaco is booming and only getting bigger and bigger and more gringo-friendly. With the new highway going directly from Escazu to Jaco it's just going to explode.

                                                                      I would disagree to that....

                                                                      Guanacaste is booming like crazy also, but this is because the whole country is seeing an explosion of tourism. I don't think any place is steeling tourists from the other! real estate numbers are there to show it :
                                                                      more than 600 large condo units will be built in Jaco in the next year...(some more might add up to that) and most of them are already presold....
