I remember the last post i made about someone ripping off one of my site designs. A very well known guy on the boards took design concepts from one of my own sites. I simply made a post on the board, as a warning to let him know that I was aware, yea he spends alot of time here, and seems to be very respected. Id rather not have the hassle of having to have a laywer send him a c&d, or pay for it.....however... the post was a warning to him, and to anyone else who decided to steal designs from us.

And the resolution is a win-win in my opinion, and seeing I am the aggrieved party, it is my opinion only on resolution that counts.
