They recently did an episode on Mythbusters regarding the HHO gas and even purchased the schematics online to build one. They couldn't get it to work so they said "Myth Busted".
However, watching that video it doesn't look like the Mythbusters did it correctly. 100 miles on 4oz of water!!!
Instead of saying your car runs on premium you'd have to change it to my car runs on Dasani.
