The problem with the 2008s and the future is anyone can shoot what we shoot today. There are a few exceptions but they are very very few. For the majority of sites the porn is non exclusive, cloned and repeated on every other site in the same niche/style. For instance your BBW site is good, but has nothing to put it apart from every other BBW site in the niche.
Not having a go at you because our teen site is the same. Along with 1000s of other teen sites.
So saying this site is stuck in the 90s is a compliment and I'm sure you meant it as such. Because you being an expert at porn marketing you will understand that selling is a matter of supply and demand. When the supply of a product out strips the demand the selling becomes harder and harder and the returns lower. When the supply does not fill the demand selling is easy and the returns higher.
So what is the demand for porn shot in the 90s? As someone who understands niches you will know that a porn consumer often wants the thing that first turned him onto sex. Like fat girls, big tits, stocking, all these things remind men who consume porn of the earliest arousals. So porn from the 90s is a good prospect with men who were 15 to 25 in the 90s. And probably a lot older.
So thank you for the compliment. Now I have to figure out what I can shoot today that 10,000 other guys can't shoot. No worries will not be going for BBW. Too many can shoot it. Need to think a lot harder to get something exclusive today.
