appreciate the link - though not much new to read.
the idea that we are in communication with these beings surprises me since it is obvious that the higher powers in Washington are acting as children rather than responsible political figures - so my guess is that they don't know about it. Sad, because it would do the world some good to know we aren't alone and that a more advanced society is telling us, "you guys are morons the way you treat each other and the planet" -

I personally believe what they finally disclosed not to long ago. And that yes early on there was a cover up, but that cover up was just do to national security and the ongoing wars at the time. Hell they admitted the cover up and why.
Fact is our government is incapable of covering anything up of any importance at all. They really suck at this.
Our government is also very incompetent and can not really put together anything that ever really works, specially something so complex as a full blown conspiracy that has tested time. Look at anything they do, fuck they can not even get a letter delivered most of the time.
