How do you determine a blogs worth?

    Hey guys...

Not that I am looking to sell...but "if" I were, How do I determine a blog's worth?

    The blogs in question are...

    aaronsadultlinks.blogspot.com
    aaronsamateurs.blogspot.com
    aaronsbigboobs.blogspot.com
    aaronspanties.blogspot.com
    aaronsaffairstories.blogspot.com
    aaronssextoys.blogspot.com

The Pro's of these blogs are...
    -No monthly costs, free host.
-Keyword-rich domain name as well as content text
    -Easy on the SE's "eyes"

The Con's of these blogs are...
    -The are on a freehost.

Currently the sites earn about $700US a month and they've only been going since Feb/March of this year. I haven't done much in terms of promoting the site and already is generating some cashola.

So yeah...How do I figure out an asking price?

    Thanks!

Maybe I should have not used the word "sell"

I can't sell something that doens't really belong to me, but I could "give" it away to someone and they could "give" me some money to make the house repairs I suddenly need.

      So...Not selling.

When 'virtual' properties (like a web site) are 'sold', find out how much you made from the web site within the last 12 months. Generally speaking, this should be the lowest price you should consider. Now if it took a lot of time and customizing on your end during the years - and you think it stands out above all the rest and is unique in ways, then stack in how much that time was worth to you and add it in the cost.

That is all if your site is actually bringing in money and there is no 'woulda, coulda, shoulda' made $xxx much money if you didn't advertise or whatever.

Pretty good rule of thumb to get you started. In the end, it just comes down to how much you are willing to sell it for.

Whoa...What's up with the triple post.

Adult banning spree? I've never seen mention of adult content not being allowed on blogspot. I am going to take another look at the TOS right now, but I recall searching for some sort of word on adult content in their TOS and found none.

The only time I have run into trouble was when their splog filters got me caught up. One email later and everything was cleared up.

Why not cough up a few dollars for a couple domains and a small virtual account so you aren't at the mercy of the blog host? If you think you might be selling at any point it is worth the money and then some.

Czarina- Everything is worth "something". The question is, how much or how little...Thnks for your input.

Nestle gave the answer I was looking for. Now I can decide if I want to start purchasing domains or use these blogs as a testing ground for other things I want to try.

                          Thanks!
