No it wouldnt. I worked the flightline in the Air Force and these pics are possible... I know the FAA wouldnt allow it in the states but abroad who knows?

It's normal for the gear to droop like that when it's not touching the ground.

As for the jet engines blowing away cars behind them... sure, if they are at full throttle for takeoff. A jet about to land isn't at full throttle.
