                              hmm it sounds like they are simply scrubbing for good affiliates instead of taking on just anybody. We all know that some affiliates spam the world, others have traffic from high chargeback zones etc. As datinggold pointed out they are probably looking for a higher quality affiliate.

                              The new regulations are geared more towards the other high-risk business types for a change (tobacco, replicas etc)
                              If at first you do succeed - try to hide your astonishment.
