The introduction of new genes into the pool is what Darwin said was essential for evolution. Science has shown that many times over through population genetics that humans from different races/geographical location when breed with other races/geographical location give rise to offspring with enhanced traits.
So, no I have no problem with it at all. What I do worry about is not introducing fresh genetic material into the pool, which a study from 2003 on US population genetics highlighted as stark worrying statistics for a potential high risk of interbreeding. Search Nature.com for the study
