Thanks for the tips.
I was able to remove it off of my wheels using goof off, now I have to get something today to get it off the tires. The tires look like I dipped them in batter.
I am hoping this will not be an all day project at the car wash.
Here is a product I found that is environmentally safe and it sounds as if it might do the job.
