It's probably just a little heart shaped something that she puts on before the fake and bakes (gets a tan). When she's brown she peels it off and SHAZAM! A pretty white heart.

I've noticed it before on her too but she is so attractive elsewhere I quickly forget to comment on it.

Yes, it's a sticker that you place in the same spot every time you tan. Most tanning salons supply them for their customers.

An ex gf of mine used to do that with a small playboy bunny sticker in the same area as the heart in that pic. They usually give those stickers out at tanning salons.
