            Anyways, before this post went spam heaven, I learned one thing, to perhaps set up a charge other than *.95 Eg. bumping up the price to $29 and not $29.95.

            I'll talk to lagwagon about that. I hope to up the price for signups in about a month.

                                I agree that it has a lot to do with the appeal of the content. I know I am more likely to spend $200 on a skirt I really like than $20 on one that is decent but nothing special. If you charge a little more, you may be able to provide more for your surfers. We have way more content than anyone else in our niche and I've been kicking around the idea of raising our prices by about the same amount you are talking about. Hard decision though. Especially, if you have a lot of rebilling people, I worry about alienating them by jumping the price around.

                                I hadn't seen your site before. Tour looks pretty. I'm going to go check out your program.

                                    I have a hidden counter that tracks uniques that come to the mainpage. And we average about 10,000-15,000 on that. Im not sure how many finally do end up at the join page, but I would presume a lot less.

                                    About selling content, I thought once the site is a year old, we would start selling some of our content. But in reality, our site really fired up 3 months ago, so its a pretty new site.

                                                    Breaking 40 puts you into higher chargebacks. Doubtful that that avs will be around for long at those rates unless they have got some shit ass amazing content.. you know the kind where you come *before* you start jerkin it ;-)

                                                                    As far as giving credit on exits every program has its way of profiting. we have amazing conversions but we lose money on paying the webmasters on a trial so we try to recoop it from exits.

                                                                    so we are launching a no exit program with less payout for Porn4abuck.

                                                                                        if you like our content and you want to promote you will make money. i dont want to take away your hard earned traffic with consoles. at the most we will trade in our members video/picture galleries with other paysites and cancelled email promotions.

I also have a succesful teen site with exclusive content (44 girls) and I don't have exits or popups (never have / never will)... I can't do that to my surfers and/members.

                                                                                                    As far as the additional $$, I do good enough with a clean site and I'm very happy with my income

                                                                                                                                            You tour pages should really be updated soon. With all the new content you guys have been getting lately the quality is way up there. But your tour still reflects the old content (low quality). The new content you have is kickass and more proffesional looking. When ppl see these nice pics in galleries they expect to see more like that. Then they go to the tour and think "what the fuck, this is not what i expected" then leave. As for those who rebill, that could mostly be due to the same concept but on a reverse roll. There are still thousands of ppl using the older content and older hosted galleries which are all low quality and very amateurish. The surfers who are into that click through, like the amateurish tour and then get into the members area and see the newer high quality porn flooding out their amateurish stuff they like then they leave.

                                                                                                                                            I may be wrong, or I may be reading more into it than I should. but thats how I see it as a surfer. As a webmaster i just see it as "buy a fuckign membership you scum bag freeloader or die now!"
