I have a question... Are there any webcam studios or websites that pay the girl by the minute or hour when they are not in a private show? I would like to set up a studio, I recently purchased another house and want to put like 10 beds in it, and hire some girls. If I were to work them in 8 hour shifts, I would have the capacity to have 30 different girls on per day. The thing is, I want them to work in-house, otherwise I will encounter the problem that they don't make money right away, and flake out. Or, like any other commission only job, they will come and go as they please. I want to offer them a salary, I can bankroll them for a couple of weeks if there is such a studio.
