    Fucking Visa pieces of shit

    Here's a nice little story for you - someone buys my product, pirates it, and then charges it back immediately for "product not as described" - and Visa lets it go through. And yes, I do have proof that he spread it.

    Can you charge any damn thing back? I seem to remember from the posts from the billing companies on here that this is not kosher. It's not like this is a 40$ porn site membership, this fucker paid me $1500 after a long email correspondence and then charged it back immediately after he had recieved (and distributed) the product.

    Bah, I am pissed.. Question to billing company types (KK) - do you guys offer any real protection from this kind of crap? Paypal just totally took me up the hoop on this one. I think from now on I just may only accept wire transfers.

                          It isn't just visa that does that also. Mastercard does that also. That is one of the biggest dangers of accepting credit cards without a signed signature. I know because I have been in the credit card industry for some time and I know all the damn dirty tricks visa, mastercard and even amex and all the credit card companies do. They have more users then merchants who do you think they are going to protect?

                                  Ya, it was AVSBlitz. I dunno if a signature would have protected anything, as he didn't claim that he didn't recieve the product, he claimed that it was "not as described".. I don't think I have a lot of recourse here, just gotta suck it up I guess. That and send mail to [email protected] and let him know the address of Visa HQ. ;>
