    Promoting Celebs-Sites

    hi there,

I came across of all this lovely celeb-sponsors but I have (as a newbie) a question: Is it "legal" to put pix of the featured celebs on my sites?

I don't want to put some sex-tape-captures on my website to promote a celeb-sponsor and instead of money I get a Mulit-Million-$-Lawsuit from Hollywood-Attorneys ;-)

    Thankx for your answers ...

    kind regards from Vienna

    Andreas.

While I could go into 11+ years experience on the subject, and both sides of the street. I'll simply say this...

If you are that worried about lawsuits, it's a good bet you do not have an LLC, and you should go promote something else.

Furthermore, you should have the same crisis of conscious next time you are using/cracking software you did not buy. Downloading songs you did not purchase, and burning DVD's you do not own.

I think you cannot compare puting a Website online containing Madonnas nude photos with your name on it easily accessible for search engines (and lawyers) or burning a DVD in your own home.

        Thanks for your opinion!

        kind regards from Vienna

If you honestly believe that, then you do not have a clue on copyright, and you better go find another niche toots.
