At the four hour mark and still nothing is fixed. I'm more than a bit salty, especially after I straight up told the support guy I was talking to that if my websites weren't up soon, I would have to stop hosting with them. They must not give a shit.

Thanks for everyone's recommendations so far.

If anyone knows of any webhosts to stay AWAY from, I'd like to hear that as well.
