    Whatta they mean?

    I was just submitting to tgp's I have never used and some of them had a rule of no speaking text...

    Is this some sort of acid trip? Cabenzi's maybe?

          There are flash banners for Purefuck that have audio embedded in them, they're really annoying and if you use them you're sure to get banned from most big TGPs.
