    Anyone tried Xwebhosting.com yet?

    Saw the new ad above on GFY today for Xwebhosting.com free host. Anyone try it yet? Their site claims they are giving away 2grand as their grand opening special w/ no banners and shit on pages.

    How's the speed? Uploading? They any good? Anyone using them yet? Etc.. etc..
    Feedback appreciated.

      Yeah but check the banners that will be up after 2 weeks... it has a thumbnail in the header.

          Jack, the headers we will put up, wont have a thumbnail on them.. We put it up briefly to test.. you gota understand, we'll be trying a few different combinations before we're happy. But I can tell you its one of the smallest headers/footers in the industry.. when i have to put them up.. So no worries : - )

          Also, I initially decided on only having no headers/footers for a week.. but Now im thinking 3 weeks-4 weeks....

          So get your ass in and signup guys, this aint no homefree script.. This is hot shit, and we host domains as well, and subdomains..

                              Hmmm. Looks quit reasonable.

                              Ya, someone above on this thread said something about a thumb link in there, but I couldn't see how a freehost that says "TGP compliant" would be doing that sort of shit.

                              I like the FTP, the fact that you host vanity domains, and the pages I've accessed load pretty damn fast. I'm sure that other webmasters will love the 140 Kb file size limit, and the 75 Megs of server space is very generous too.

                              But, no multiple accounts? What if I need another account for some completely different sites than the one I have with you? If I sign up using a different email address, will I get in trouble? (I'm playing devil's advocate here, hypothetically speaking)

                                              The header looked the same as the one Royalty_Gee posted above, except there was a thumbnail leading to Drunkslut instead of the text that's there now.

                                              Royalty_Gee, I didn't mean to criticize (well, maybe) I just wanted to point out that most of the Big Boys won't accept galleries with thumbs in the headers/footers. If you keep it as text (or use a graphic that looks more like an ad and less like a thumb), I'm sure it would increase the number of people using your service.

                                                              I signed up for your freehost but I have found some problems. I tried to add a domain, but in the domain name field it says that I can't leave that field empty even though it is filled out.

                                                              Also I can't submit galleries to tgp's using the script worldsex, easypic and others uses, it says it can't connect to your server.
