Tried to parse http://blog.tiffanypreston.com/?feed=rss2 with PHP xml_parser and got the "Empty Document" error, then tried it with FeedWordPress/MagpieRSS and got the same negative result.

What's the reason to do RSS feeds that don't syndicate?
