Ok when I grew up in North West Pa we had these at school for lunch and you could buy them at almost all the grocery stores. Basically it was a frozen hamburger patty with Mozzerella cheese injected into the center. So you just top it off with some Marinara sauce after you cook the burger. Used to love them. Can't find them here in TN, and asked Dixie and my partner Boxer and both have never heard about them. Is it just a north west pa thing, or have you had or heard about them before?

Other things from our area that I miss.
Augustines frozen pizzas. Those are made locally. I usually bring back 5 or 10 in dry ice when I travel up there.
Perroggies we have down here. But much harder to find here.
Stromboli's they have here, but are not done right. Pizza Joes does them right.
Ill think of some more as I get more stone... err the night goes on lol.

I came up with a pretty kick ass recipe the other day speaking of pizza. You take a bagle yes a bagle and put sauce, cheese and some salami on it, put it in the little oven bake for 10 m,inutes and bacg insta mini pizza
It rocks and is done in less than 5 minutes

Pizza burgers are served at every diner in NY and they are hella good. I don't know about this business of the cheese being "injected" in the burger though. That must be a PA thing. NY also has pizza bagels at every bagel shop, and pizza joints on practically every corner.
