There is an easy solution to this, and I see others on the list who do this...
Make sure you always use sponsor-specific email addresses like [email protected].
When you start getting spam to that address just make it a forwarder to the offending leaker.
All email sent to my fleshlight addy will now forward to ramos@flComment
