I don't know anything about the Bahamas other than I wish I could go..

The Bahamas over all is OK. Im not familiar with that resort, but I dont really like the bahamas and the beaches.

Never been to that resort, but loved the Bahamas and Paradise Island. Went there for our honeymoon a few years ago. Shap and his wife had a bottle waiting for us in our room when we arrived

I was there for a wedding last June. The place was ok, if you are into the not-so-exotic resort type vacation. Biggest downside for me was the place didn't really feel like I ever left home or was in the Bahamas, as its pretty much 100% Americans.

Prolly a safe bet for the family however. Rooms were good, food was good with a lot of choices as well. If you are looking for something to do outside the resort area go bonefishing with a local guide for the day ...that was a lot of fun. The casino is also pretty decent.
