    SBC/Ameritech

    apparently (as they admitted to me on the phone)... their serivce order/ticket system does not have the ability to notify sales reps when there is a problem with orders so that they can contact the customer/fix the problems.

    a piss poor excuse for a phone company. stay away... ive been through 2 months of living hell on hold with them.

    I use to work for a major carrier and can tell you the worst company i had dealings with was Ameritech,

    i remember resenditail phone lines were down for like two weeks for a city in their coverage area,,

    there was like a huge class action lawsuits against them

      we had a 3 day outage of service
      2 weeks no voicemail
      no internet for 1.5 months
      literally at least 30 tickets placed
      15 hours on the phone

      sad part is they will try to bill me for their screw ups

      im looking into those new cisco phones now
