I don´t really mind how they address me if they don´t know my name, it´s more how polite and friendly they are. Here usually people who don´t know me will address me as Senor, or Sir, then I would introduce myself as David. ( I am always forgetting people's names, then I will use Hey, why don't we go to get some beer? Hey (No addressing them at all), let's.... then I will ask someone else what there name is.
The WORST is when you forget a woman's name, or call her by the wrong name.. OUCH!
