    Spyware response discussion

Ever gotten reports of your site being involved in spyware / malware when you weren't (and in fact hate the shit)? I have read other posts on this (http://www.gfy.com/showthread.php?t=...hlight=spyware).. wondering if anyone is getting strange customer reports that could be the result of this (there seems to be a current wave of it).

If so, whats your general approach to the customer?

what's the general advice is to anyone whose name has been tarnished by being the random site that these scams choose to use as a decoy.

chime in, this is a industry-wide problem that puts us all under scrutiny, no matter how you feel about it.
