What broke says is true guys! Do research! Your abdominal wall seperates and the skin stretches beyond its limit. You can work out 3-4 hours a day. Sure you can make it smaller but you can't exercise away stretched skin. Haven't you guys ever seen the people who lost a ton of weight and have all that extra skin ? It's the same thing for a lot of people after having a baby no matter how many crunches, sit ups, or toning exercises they do to try and make it tight. It will be tighter and smaller, but never perfectly flat without lipo or a tummy tuck. As far as stretch marks go, they fade but never go away.
