    outsourcing mainstream design work

    we are looking at the possibility of employing a mainstream designer for part time work at first, possibly leading up to full time.

    jobs would include logo+header design across multiple sites, font work, web design work, banners...and more.

    I'm thinking to outsource the work abroad, so I guess my questions are :

    1) which companies offer this kind of service?

    2) people already paying for this kind of service - are you happy with the work/results/dedication of employees?

    3) about how much would it cost me?

              I can do this. Aswell as design i am able to code all my work in to xhtml/css.
