Hold on ... let me start by saying, yes... you're right ... no one ... well, no one normal, wants to see a saggy, baggy old woman... BUT... here's where you're going wrong...

applying the 'smart blur' filter, or whatever else you did, to that extreme is downright wrong. You've ruined any 'real' look about the girl. Touching up images is all well and good, but you're taking all the opinions about the amount of fixing you've done, and ignoring them all. We're all right, and you've done to much work on her. She'd look so much better if you do this ...

apply the smart blur ... THEN... Undo that. Then, straight away, goto the Edit menu, and use the FADE smart blur feature... set the fade to 50%.

Whatever you've done, 50% of it would be so much better.

Are you saying she's so hideous that you have to fix her THAT much? I doubt it. Tho she is wearing far to much lip stick :D

Even worse, that's not makeup - it is photoshop. It's as if he took the SNL "cowbell" skit, and substituted "photoshop"!

go look at some of Dean Capture's photo threads - he photoshops the hell out of those pics but he knows what he's doing. you don't see anything wrong with those photos? Look at the chick's face - it's FLAT because you've blurred out everything into one flat color - it lools as if you even applied the blur to her hair. it looks like a vector illustration and a bad one at that. this has nothing to do with amateur vs glamour photography.
