OK - here's the deal. I've tried banners, buttons and text links on some of the big sites - and spent a fair wedge in the process. And it's not converting well. So what I want now is at least 10,000 uniques a day, every day, that converts. And if you can deliver that for me, I'll pay you $1000 a month, every month.

Btw, if you can deliver more traffic than that, then I'll pay more, pro rata.

The niche is big natural tits - but I'm happy to try traffic from anywhere - if it converts.

What I want from you is to put a banner, button or text link on your site for 24 hours, for free, to see whether you can deliver 10,000+ a day and whether it converts.

Fyi, this is a standard model right across the business world - I don't see why it shouldn't apply in adult - and frankly, anybody who's not prepared to take a $33 punt on getting $1,000 worth of my business per month ain't worth my time.

Keep believing it.. 10k converting uniques is worth A LOT more than 1k a month.

Even if it only converts 1/1000 it would be worth ~300$ a day.

I understand where you're coming from - but the reality is that a whole lot of traffic, bought, and via direct advertising, from some of the really big adult sites (not naming any names) doesn't convert (for me, and I think for a lot of other people running free sites) at anything like 1:1000.

So rather than buying a month's worth of non-converting traffic wouldn't it be better (for both the user and the traffic supplier) if the traffic was tested for 24 hours to see if it converted. That way, you might well get a good, ongoing business relationship extending over years - rather than, "Oh well, that was crap, I won't use them again".

Maybe it's time some people in this industry started thinking outside the box. Just because this is the way its been done for years, doesn't mean to say there isn't a better way.

What these guys are trying to say is your offer is WAY low for 10,000 uniques of converting traffic. Like them, I'd pay a lot more than a grand a month for that. So you may think about sweetening the offer a little. Or keep hunting. I'm sure there's some sucker out there.

Now that's a fair comment . And sure, I'd be happy to sweeten the deal on converting traffic. But what I'm keen to do is source traffic that converts without having to uselessly throw away dollars month after month on traffic that doesn't.

I know you guys are thinking that traffic converts at 1:300 (which is probably reasonable for qualified leads to a paysite) so what the fuck am I trying to pull ... but let me give you an example of my actual, recent experience: I paid $1,000 for a rotating banner ad on a big general traffic site, for 1 month - and was getting around 10,000 clicks a day, every day - and guess what? it didn't convert. In fact, sales went down on that month. So I won't use them again. Which is a shame, 'cause they were good people to deal with.

Also, bear in mind, by simply trying it this way (and 24 hours of traffic/10,000 clicks is no great risk to any big site), the big sites may identify new revenue streams (traffic that converts from niches where they never thought it would) - and new long-term business partners (rather than the cynical old hacks they usually get to deal with , so they'd be happy.

They could be making 60 to 100 bucks a day sending it anywhere....

$1800 to $3,000 Dollars

Even at 1 in 10,000.....with a 50$ sign up would be $1500

Why do you think someone would want to sell it for $1000 ?

I'd suspect that you'll have a hard time finding the deal on your terms. I mean, we sell *skimmed* traffic for $3/K, and I'd never recommend that it be sent direct to a paysite.

And, I think that you'll find that what may convert on one site, will not convert on another. My experience has told me that there is no such thing as "golden convert-able" traffic. It's a matter of using trial and error to find the the right type of traffic for *your* particular site.
