Pretty standard TGP methodology here would be to reserve the top spots for yourself (attempt to convert your own traffic) - and then sell the other spots to people who will pay for em.. 12k a day isn't a lot, so it's not gonna make you a millionaire, but you might as well make something from it. ;>
