      Ok, Squishy...

      TE prefers:

      1. Castelmagno

+ Intensely aromatic, slightly dry and crumbly. Imagine a very dry cheddar with a hint of gorgonzola flavor...great with pears or apples for dessert.
-Doesn't melt well, and it is highly perishable once the form is broken.

      2. Mozzarella di Bufala

+ Great as is or with some tomato slices and fresh basil.
      - Make a mess on pizza due to the high water content.

      3. Cheez Whiz (I know it's not cheese, but I like it)

+ Spreads on anything, travels well ; )
      - Can't think of any.

Cheese is my favourite food in the whole wide world! I love french brie, I love the creamy inside and the way it melts in your mouth..I love the white outside crust thingie too.

I also like Boursin, and Kraft American slices is awesome for making grilled cheese. I'm so hungry now!!

                        My preferred choice is:
                        Caerphilly,
A light crumbly cheese with a sharp yet creamy flavour.
