Is Nancy Grace posting here now? Yeah Nick fucked up he belongs in jail still the "victim" KNEW Nick had something to drink he KNEW Nick liked to race cars and yet he CHOSE to get in the car and he CHOSE not to wear a seat belt. If someone on the street had gotten that badly hurt that would be totally different in my book since they were not in any way responsible for their situation.
